How can I verify my account details?

Before our team can process your withdrawal request, the account verification requirements must first be completed and approved.

To complete the account verification process, you must verify the accuracy of the personal details provided upon the registration of your Ripper Casino account. For your protection and security you must send the documentation listed below via email to [email protected]:

1. A colour copy of a government-issued photo ID (e.g. a valid Passport or driving licence, front and back)

2. A colour copy of a proof of address document, dated within 90 days (e.g. a recent bank statement or utility bill)

All documents must be legible and valid (not expired), all four corners must be visible.

3. If you used crypto currency to fund your account, you must also send a photograph of yourself holding a government-issued photo ID next to your face.*

*The photograph must be of high quality so that the writing on your photo ID can be read. The entire ID and your face must be visible.

We reserve the right to ask for further documentation at our discretion. For example the following (but not limited to) documentation:

  • If you used a credit/debit card to deposit funds, we require you to send a copy of this card (front and back);
